Next week is the release of Percy Jackson and the Olympians TV series on Disney Plus by Rick Riordan. I cannot wait for my school break to start in a few days so I can binge watch this show. I started reading Percy Jackson books when I was in 2nd grade and continued reading all of Rick Riordan’s books as I grow older, including the books other than PJ’s. Calling myself a big fan is an understatement as I have memorized all Percy Jackson’s characters, plot lines, including the villains in the books.

I am optimistic that this TV series is faithful to the book since it is Rick Riordan, the author himself, who co-produced and co-wrote the story. I have no problem at the actors who would portray them as long as the plot remains intact. I hope there will be TV series about The Kane Chronicles when Percy Jackson series ends.
